Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

At nimaihub., we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges for items that meet the criteria below.

  • Eligibility for Exchanges: You can exchange your item(s) within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at nimaihub10@gmail.com or through our “Contact Us” page within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue or the reason for your exchange.
  2. Exchange Authorization: Once your exchange request is reviewed, we will provide you with an Exchange Authorization (EA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. Please do not send your item back before receiving authorization.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.
  4. Exchanging for a Different Item: If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, please note that you will need to place a new order for the item of your choice. We will process your exchange once we receive the returned item.
  5. Processing the Exchange: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange. If there is any price difference between the original item and the exchanged item, we will issue a partial refund or request the additional payment, as applicable. Please allow 7 business days for the processing of your exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect. We will gladly send you a replacement at no additional charge.
  • For defective items under warranty, we will assist with a warranty claim.
